Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by EdgeMEP – Luxury  Property  Upgrades (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services
EdgeMEP provides residential and commercial maintenance services including, but not limited to, air conditioning maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, general repairs, water tank cleaning, and related home and building services. The exact scope, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed before work begins.

Service Availability
All services are subject to availability, site inspection, and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or outside our service scope.

2. Property rights

Customer Property
All work is performed at the customer’s property. Customers must ensure clear access to the work area and obtain any required permissions (from landlords, building management, or authorities) before service commencement.

Materials & Equipment
Any materials, spare parts, or equipment supplied by EdgeMEP remain our property until full payment is received. Replaced or removed parts may be disposed of unless otherwise requested.

Pricing & Payments
Prices may vary based on inspection, urgency, materials required, or site conditions. All payments must be made as agreed (cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods). Delayed or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

3. Prohibited activities

Misuse of Services
Our services must not be used for illegal activities, unsafe modifications, or work that violates UAE laws or building regulations.

Interference with Work
Customers or third parties must not interfere with technicians while work is in progress. EdgeMEP is not responsible for delays or damages caused by such interference.

4. Services management

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge.

Warranty & Liability
We provide limited workmanship warranty where applicable, subject to proper use and normal conditions. EdgeMEP is not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden damages, or issues arising from third-party work.

Termination of Services
EdgeMEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are violated, unsafe conditions exist, or these Terms are breached.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
